Meditation is a profound tool to enable a shift into stillness, openness, and receptivity to allow and create a deeper awareness of inner peace, well-being, self-healing and joy.
As a Meditation Facilitator I am passionate about assisting people to go into the inner stillness that resides within each person’s heart and the core centre of their being. Meditation is a practice or a tool to ‘Know Thyself’ and can assist us to become more conscious and present in our daily life, to live more in the now. As we open our hearts, gently come into a place of allowing and receptivity anything is possible.
With approximately 38 years of personal experience working with different forms of meditation, the meditations I facilitate now are supported by the Transference Healing® frequencies of Alchemy and Light, The Masters, Crystal and Universal frequencies and principals and are therefore what I describe as universal ‘healing’ meditations. This process enables those participating to embody the shifts of consciousness required to support their self-healing journey. As I hold a sacred space and take those participating on a channelled guided journey into different realms & dimensions all participants have an opportunity to deeply absorb the frequencies and energies that are available to them.
From this still space within we are more open to receive and experience revelations and inspiration and the creative input from the Universe and our higher self. We have the opportunity in this process to deepen our connection with our I AM Presence and therefore ‘Know Ourselves’ more deeply from our hearts.
These monthly meditations are powerful, profound, and assisting those who participate to further expand and evolve into their Ascension, Self-healing and Self-mastery journey consciously and in alignment with their highest good and greatest joy.
